Effective erosion protection

EUROMAT acts as a genuine "protective skin" against the harmful effects of rain erosion. Its fibrous composition and binding agents absorb the kinetic energy of water droplets (splash effect) and reduce the speed of runoff thanks to their high water absorption capacity, while providing a winding path for excess water to drain away.

Protection of water resources

Erosion not only damages the geometry of structures, but also causes significant water pollution through washed-away sediments. EUROMAT prevents more than 90% of sediments from entering the runoff water directly.

Support for grassing

EUROMAT is applied simultaneously with the seed mixture. Its matrix structure provides an ideal environment for seed germination and the formation of a dense, homogeneous turf layer. Its fibrous structure anchors the seeds in contact with the soil and reduces water stress through an effective "mulching" effect.
